What your week will look like:

As a Technical Recruiter, your week involves meeting developers from around the world to identify the best talents for Proxify. Heres a snapshot:

Conduct at least 20 screening interviews per week. Weekends are game-on for us!
Present Proxify, share opportunities, and discuss our business model during meetings.
Assess whether developers align with our standards, core values, and work methods. Dive deep into their experience, technical skills, and potential. You will also negotiate terms, conditions, and compensation, while managing developer expectations.

Demonstrate a hunger for knowledge, swiftly integrating new insights into your work.

Expectations for you:

Conduct a minimum of 20 interviews each week, ensure a stellar candidate experience throughout, prioritize weekends!
Be people-oriented, psychologically attuned, and an EXCELLENT communicator.
Possess a technical background and understanding, enabling you to ask advanced questions about tech experience. Hands-on technical experience is a must!

Extra cool stuff:

Prior recruitment experience. Knowing your way around ATS and LinkedIn is a big win!
Pursuing a path in engineering studies or already holding a degree in the field
Bringing previous SaaS/Tech experience or relevant industry background

Work Hours: This is a contractor position, and we require a commitment to conduct a minimum of 20-30 interviews per week, averaging 15-20 hours. You should be available during off-business hours, particularly on weekends. Our productivity threshold allows for up to 7 interviews per day, and a Technical Recruiter may conduct between 10-14 interviews during the weekend, distributing the remainder throughout the week. Additional interviews are also possible based on volume and motivation.
